Overview:

We're looking for a native Korean speaker to join us as a part-time, remote video creator to produce 10-15 minute videos for our YouTube and social media channels. You’ll need a home setup that allows you to record high-quality videos with clear sound and professional lighting.

This part-time role offers a flexible, remote work schedule (preferably within the KST time zone).

You'll be creating videos that teach Korean language and culture from a native speaker's perspective. The schedule, number of videos, and compensation will be based on your experience.

Requirements:

• Native Korean speaker 
• Comfortable presenting in English on camera (fluency not required, reading from a script is okay as long as pronunciation is clear)
• Experience creating educational or engaging videos for YouTube or social media
• Ability to record in 4K with clear audio and well-lit video (natural lighting is okay)
• Videos can be done with a smartphone, mic, and good lighting
• Ability to work independently and collaborate remotely with a team

Responsibilities:

• Make high-quality 10-15 minute videos that teach Korean in a fun and easy-to-understand way
• Speak in English on camera (it’s okay to read from a script as long as your pronunciation is clear)
• Explain Korean language and culture from a native speaker’s perspective
• Write scripts from outlines or improve existing scripts to make them clear and engaging
• Meet minimum standards (4K video quality, clear audio)
• Meet agreed-upon deadlines for video production
• Keep a friendly and professional on-camera presence that matches our brand
• Take feedback and re-record if needed to improve the video
• Organize video files carefully and pay attention to detail to ensure easy access for the team
• We do all editing, so none is required from you

What is 90 Day Korean and what do we do?

We are an online Korean language learning website that helps students from all around the world learn about the Korean language and culture. We do this through a paid online membership that contains a structured Korean language course, a supportive online community, live group teaching sessions, and fun games and activities in our members' area. 

The goal of the program is to help the students learn to have a 3-minute conversation in Korean within the first 90 days. We also support our readers with free Korean language and culture content on our blog, YouTube channel, and other social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc).

저희는 한국어 문화/교육 비디오 제작 배우를 모집합니다. 지원자는 YouTube 및 소셜 미디어 채널용 10~15분 길이의 영상을 제작하는 일을 합니다. 그래서 지원자가 직접 마이크 오디오 및 조명을 설치하고 영상을 촬영할 수 있어야 합니다. 촬영 장소 또한 본인의 집 (정돈되고 깨끗한 배경을 앵글에 잡을 수 있는), 지원자가 스튜디오를 직접 선정하셔야 합니다.
